The staff were helpful and kind . My room had a nice, clean bathroom. The restaurant provided good food, although the variety was a little limited. I found the breakfast to be very good, and I enjoyed the shuttle service, punctual and efficient.
The drive around the area felt a little complicated, but not too bad.

i needed coffee pods and towels initially i had to ask for them. the safe in my room did not work which was inconvenient.

I especially appreciated the quick check-in process after a long journey. friendly service accompanied this, particularly when arranging the bus for a prompt airport transfer.
